When you make a commitment and The Choice to change your life you may start to notice that your mindset, your actions and your habits will also start to follow suit.

When I was in medical school I made a Choice to overcome my stammering shortly before my senior year. My mindset changed with my desire to overcome my fear of ridicule and humiliation. I walked through fears of being made fun of and continued on my path.

My actions changed by my willingness to go out and talk with people no matter how uncomfortable I was. I kept moving forward until I was no longer stammering whether I was speaking English or a foreign language.

My habits changed because I began living a new life – one that was carefree, full of freedom and followed these new Pearls of Wisdom. These Pearls were shifts in my thoughts, ideas and beliefs and slowly I saw my old ways of looking at life fading away.

A few examples of these Pearls of Wisdom are that you have the power to:

  • Reclaim your being
  • Re-energize your sense of fulfillment
  • Raise your life to a higher level of integrity
  • Be present
  • Be grateful
  • Bring grace to life
  • Evoke synchronicity

With each of these pearls in play you will notice a new sense of purpose and direction flowing into you. You are likely to shift into a new perspective of life and you will find a noticeable shift in the way those old languages, those life long conceptions we grew up with affect us.

No longer will you believe that you aren’t smart enough or not good enough or don’t measure up. You will start to believe that yes you too can achieve anything that you put your mind to. But it all starts with a shift in our minds and hearts.
